Survey of Location:
It is of paramount importance to carry out a survey of the premises before accepting the responsibility to deploy security guards. The survey shall focus inter alia on threat and other weakness of the premises. The survey shall also suggest type of security required at that location. A copy of the survey shall be given to the customer for his evaluation. The survey helps the dealing officer to take decision as to what type of guards/Supervisor to be detailed at that location.

Our Service Quality:
The training session for the new recruited guards is Two week period. The training is based according to the firm’s training manual and it’s conducted by high ranking exmilitary officers. Ex-military recruits are trained to be supervisors, inspectors and operational managers. All the recruits are subjected to education, age, physical and mental fitness with a clean background and undergo with security training that includes Guarding skills, Search procedure, Self defense fire control and prevention, First Aid, Traffic System and VIP/Executive escort.

Once the selection process is completed, the recruited personnel are sent to our training centers. We are maintaining two training establishments; one co-located with our Operational Headquarters and the other is located in the suburb of Dhaka to train our personnel more thoroughly.

Our Supervision & Monitoring Service:
The Company has a group of experienced management staff, Professional supervision and security personnel. Our management is constantly checking and keeping regular communication with the guard post. Control Room with a staff on twenty-four hours duty is available for assistance to both clients and guards.
We have five tiers of supervision system. Supervision is enforced basically by
